Get yourself a Houndoom. It's pretty good and I think it would suit your team well. Other than that your team looks great. I used a very similar team to yours instead I used Staraptor, not Togekiss, and I had a Houndoom. E4 were no problem to me

Crobat

Well I believe Crobat is my favorite Gen II Pokemon. I love its design, it has decent stats and it is so cool. The one I like the least is Unown. It was a gimmicky idea to make the alphabet its different forms but it is almost useless.
