If I was to compare Ash to Iris/Misty, I'd say that the developments between Ash and Iris surely suggests that Ash has a better way of raising and dealing with dragon types (and possibly Pokemon altogether?) but don't really think he would be considered a better water Pokemon trainer than Misty...

I won't point out specifics but for me, the most boring cities are the ones that hold significance to the main storyline and once that's done, the city is pretty useless and doesn't need a revisit of any kind.

It's pretty amazing what people can cram in 6 seconds and be utterly hilarious. I don't think Vine is overrated, I think they're 6 seconds of comedy goldmines. The good ones though xD One thing I find that's pretty overrated currently is Arrow, the tv series. Sorry, not sorry.
