I think the only way is to breed one... That's what I did anyways. Breed your hitmochan/lee with a ditto and evolve tyrogue into the one you need.- Dullspark

That's fair ... I don't mind suboptimal stuff, I think it's part of the game (I don't like just giving everything 31iv, so I don't use that feature). In my ideal world I can quickly view the EVs and IVs quickly so I can see what it's good in, what kind of set I might want to run, where I may...- Dullspark
