Basically the first Gym leader in my game is very important for the lore so I want some in-battle messages to appear after defeating some of his pokemon. Is there anyway to do this?
Dont overthink it. Overworld sprites dont need much detail at all. Hell for one of my sprites I took Professor Oak, cut off some of his hair, and pasted Blaines mustache on him, then did a little shadowing work to make it look natural. It really is only as hard as you make it
Fairy moves dont work
Whenever I use a fairy type move, against any type, this error is returned. My game doesnt crash but the move just doesnt do anything. It is like my turn just got skipped. Any idea what could be doing it?
I do not wish to have animated sprites. It will be too much work at the moment to animate the fakemon for my game, but I also wish to have some pokemon from the actual games in mine. Animated sprites are the only sprites I have for some of the pokemon I wish to carry over. How would I go about...
Ok. I dont know if this has to do with scripting or not. Corrupt pokemon are immune to Fairy type moves. Whenever I use a Fairy type move against a Corrupt pokemon I get this error
The game doesnt crash, and the Fairy move doesnt do damage. The battle continues after closing the error...

Basically I want to include a type in my game called Corrupted. In the Corrupted form, the pokemon loses its primary typing and it is replaced with Corruption typing. These pokemon will not be wild and will only be used by certain NPCs in the game, as well as having their own sprites. Any ideas...
