Strangely, it's my Serperior. It's my fastest pokemon and has some of my highest overall stats and I've figured out a good moveset for it, it's practically unstoppable (in-game, I've never used it in a link battle).

Mine, Ekk, was a pure accident. I punched it in while I was going for other letters and then I liked it and kept it.

Kyurem for me... it took me 60 dusk balls, 21 ultra balls, 1 quick ball, 3 timer balls, 4 heal balls, 6 pokeballs, and a nest ball to catch it. I had four critical captures, it was at 1 HP and was paralyzed the entire time. Everything else has been cake compared to it. That one battle took me...

The first other than my starter that made it through story completion with me was my Simipour, the one that made it through the Elite Four/Champion was Victini.
