    you need an emaulator called TGB Dual or something...you can open two roms simultaneously

    hey i decided i want to raise a pikachu from a level 5 pichu so i caught two pikachus and got them to breed...however people i speak to in the game say my pichu could not possibly be any happier with me...but when i go up a level it still doesnt evolve i dont want to go any higher than its...
