It was definently an amazing game, I loved playing it. Infact I think this topic should be stickied. Why? Because a lot of people would want to reply to this question. Nice thinking! Anyways, on to the question... I liked playing the Kanto half. I think Crystal is the best out of all of them...

No he does not need to be happy. He just evolves at level 30 into Electabuzz. No, Electabuzz only learns the good moves.
