Oh my god i want this game so bad. unfortunately some unexpected expenses mean i can't get it for at least a few more months. I would absolutely pick Cyndaquil. It was the first starter i picked in Gen 2 and the first one i fell absolutely in love with.

umm it won't detect the realtime clock on my pc even when i made sure it was enabled. it said to use a different emulator in the intro screen. i use vbam.

This keeps happening. i've patched and repatched to a clean emerald rom. The intro is also messed up, and doesn't play beyond asking your name, then at least one character has no script and can't be interacted with. The person in the coat on the first route disappears after you talk to him but...
