Hi, about an hr into the game, like the look and feel. I was able to craft a master ball from pokebowl, is that normal? I didnt see it on the wiki or spreadsheet for crafting balls

Great game so far. Does anyone know how to run? I lost a fight against Adam, and respawned with a special outfit on, which I assume is granted after winning the fight. Now I can only walk, no keys pressed can run, did I lose the ability to run? I swear I did not walk the whole game.

I just got sudowoodo but don't have rock smash and can't seem to progress. Any help on how to advance? Thanks Edit: nvm, had to backtrack on the area before the gym that i didnt fully explore.
