I have an ev question. If I have a level 45 pokemon im trying to ev train, but the pokemon i have to get the ev's from are low level. If they dont level me up, how do i still gain levels w/o messing up my evs?

Thanks a lot :) :) How do I know when my ev's are like in effect as well? Cause the pokes im fighting for ev's wont level me up, so how do i get the ev's and level up w/o messing em up?

Thanks, but what I'm asking is for the things you do AFTER the E4 do you need fly? Cause I wana make teams and do battle tower, ect. And most pokemon with fly I just can't use in my teams, + I hate ubers

Hello everyone. :) I was wondering in Pearl iis Fly really necessary after the E4? I'm wondering cause I want one poke that i really like but it cant learn fly, and I cant swap anything else out

Sorry If been asked.EV'S I want to ev train all the pokes in my sig. I wana use the power items i.e. power anklet and such, does it reduce my speed in battle only or reduce my speed stat overall? I dont want to sacrifice my speed in the long run for another stat
