omg i love pineapple on a burger, i just love the sweet taste. Oh god that sounds good too, but i couldn't deal with a1 + bbq, that's a little too much sauce for me. I normally spread a dab of chipotle mayo on the buns then a little bit of ketchup on top.

I'm debating battling. I've taken a break with other games tonite, though. I should take some Pokémon to the Battle Spot and see how I do (wipeout imminent? LOL).

I'm actually considering Aqua Ring and Play Rough as the learned moves (Superpower counts now as an Egg Move), but I made a mistake. I thought it learned Aqua Jet. Oh no. I have a 6IV male...and Aqua Jet is an Egg Move.

Yeah, I asked Zekrom too when I saw him. Agreement. Wonder why Azumarill's base is so low, however. And Speed is also a base 50, which begs the question of how well Huge Power can be put to use when you usually go second, especially minus the Speed IVs.

I also picked up on Play Rough; it makes Ice Punch an appetizer by comparison. I love using that move.

Wondering your thoughts on this.

I looked up Azumarill and everyone advises give it a Physical moveset. However, its base SpA and Att are identical, at 50 each. Why does no one explore the Special move options?

For instance, I currently don't have access to Ice Punch. Until Move Tutors return, I clearly will not have access to Ice Punch on a 5IV-6IV specimen. I could move tutor it in 5th gen.; I just can't move backwards to get it. So if I want to cover Ice, I have to use Ice Beam, which is a stronger move. Coincidentally, if I put the EVs into the SpA instead, it becomes something a Dragon better not stand in front of.

Looking at other options, Surf is a move I already used with two Azumarill with great effect in the playthrough and in the GT11 challenge (I had to make it a Rain Dance user to meet the requirements, effectively making it a three move user; I had to use Leppa Berries during the E4). At this point, I can include Play Rough for Dragons or omit that (since I have Ice Beam) and use something like Aqua Ring, which may or may not be useful; perhaps combined with Leftovers. Superpower maintains itself where it's the only Physical move, so lowering Attack means nothing since my other attacks are not there.

Thoughts?

And evidently, Beat Up is an Egg Move. Until otherwise determined, I'll keep that on the breeding one. My 6IV competition one will not have that.
