I exist, no doubt about that.

I'm the sort of person who enjoys the company of others, but I can be picky. Everyone who attends my school has at least two things that I dislike in a person, I go to a school of wannabe thugs and people who think Internet memes are funny. Poor me. I prefer a fun, mostly intelligent conversation with people like me, that's a bit impossible to find these days though. Not to sound like a narcissist.

Since that is the case, I've become somewhat of an introvert over the years. After such a long time, the sense of loneliness is finally catching up to me. The few friends I've maintained aren't into many things that I am, sometimes interaction can get dull. So I got an idea, instead of wasting time on 20 minute YouTube videos all day and lurking on Facebook, I could expand my options. What do I love? Pokemon, so I figured I could join a community of people who also love Pokemon, hopefully NICE people.

One particularly horrible forum website I used to attend was full of passive aggressive and condescending smart alecs whos punishment severity was seemingly determined by their status, what horrible authorities, I was once banned for a month for reminding another user that arguing with others and shrugging off any valid points while using caps lock was immature and annoying. Ever since I left there, the idea of a forum has always left a sour taste in my mouth, but not all of them are the same, at least I'm hoping.

A few last minute details. I'm not a fan of using very much profanity, my sense of humour is satirical or overflowing with hyperbole, and I absolutely hate fighting with people. Fighting with people is a bit better than having an annoying snark war, however. If you don't like something I said, be just as civil as I was, whether I was civil or not.
