I apologize if I sound too insistent but is it possible to get vulpix using the Kanto wonder trades in v4.0.1 ? even though it says in the docs that I can I didn't manage to get it in game so I just want to know if it is possible.

Hey! I can't seem to get Vulpix via wonder trades even though i've already got all the 19 other kanto ones at least ten times each already. With the sun stone that can be obtained in the lottery really early, vulpix can evolve into ninetails which is the best sun setter I could get this early...
