    No, v19.1 didn't become a paid framework, it's just not compatible with 32bit systems since MKXP can't support them.

    [Error] Why is the map name not shown when I activate the ShowArea function in the maps from the debug menu?

    how can i solve this problem? EDIT: I noticed that the game map name does not appear even when I save the data.
