How am I going to fit a PC to this table? It's like that at Red's House, but how am I going to do it here?

How do I add NPCs to the Game? I only see option for Trainers, but I'm talking about NPCs, who you talk in several places, and who aren't trainers for you to battle, and then?

Well, I feel kind of limited in choosing music for my Pokémon Game, and I plan on using music from newer generations of 3DS and Switch, but as songs from more recent Pokémon Games are much more defined compared to songs from GBA's Pokémon Games, I would think it wouldn't fit well. For example...

I don't know what Tag 2 is, I've been trying for hours a day and, I believe I solved it, but I don't know how, I just changed a few things in encounters.txt and in-game, and I don't know what I did differently, but it worked, maybe there was a conflict with the other Route 1 that already existed...

Ok, I think I will have to give up, without the people to help me, I can't do anything and I can't go forward to making my game.

I made another thread showing how to build the water tiles, and no one had responded, and I still don't know how, this is very confusing for me, and I don't know how to complete these either:
