How do I determine how many seconds off I am?

All right, I figured out what I was doing wrong with my ID abuse earlier. My new problem is that I can hit my target delay, but I'm not getting my desired ID/SID.

When I put my obtained ID into the right side of Pandora's Box, it says that I hit my delay even though I got the wrong ID.
