Today I got a shiny pichu through WT with 5 perfect IVs. At first when I saw it I was like, "That pichu looks a bit darker than usual. Maybe it's shiny... Nah it's just the weird coloring of the game." This game in my opinion seems to make the pokemon colors kind of weird... Anyways I look into...

I've hatched around 1200+ eggs and still no shiny vulpix. I must be really unlucky or something. I recently got the Shiny Charm and I heard it makes the odds for MM better. I really hope it works -.-

In GTS when I go through a list of names Meowth has a pokeball next to it instead of a triangle. Why?

If an air balloon pops in battle does that mean you need to buy a new one or is it just gone for the rest of the battle?

1000+ vulpix eggs and still nothing -.- I got a shiny eevee and charmander before. Both withing 100 eggs.

In LG I remember I bought at least 50 revives and saved right before I battled one. If I lost I would just turn it off and try again. It was my first time going through it and I was a sore loser and couldn't accept defeat. If I lost at any point in the game I would just try again even if I lost...

I never had one in gen 3. My first one was in gen 4. I'm currently soft resetting for a shiny articuno in LG. If I get it then it will be my first shiny in the game.
