    I have McDonald's series Pokemon cards with gray dots and I'm wondering if there's a chance they'll have a PSA rating of 9 or 10. I have read that many cards have been printed with this defect and perhaps the PSA is less restrictive for these cards.

    I bought a celebrations 25th mcdonald's booster packs and the cards in the holo version have shiny gray dots, does that mean they are damaged or do they have to be?
