Shiny fishing is limited to only those pokes. Sweet scent is alright. But I learned running around like a chicken in a specific safari of your choice that has your pokemon you want is the best. Seeing you have a 1 out of 3 chance of getting the right pokemon shiny, though not much luck on great...

Found a spinda looking for swablu took about half an hour. Then was in that one cave left of the breeder house for about 6 hours between 5 days and found a whismur. Sweet scent works just need tons of patience.
