Will applying a CIA patch onto a 3DS rom modified with pk3ds override the changes I made?
I made some changes to a decrypted .3ds rom of Omega Ruby (v1.0) and I want to apply the v1.4 patch when I play the game on the latest version of Citra, but I'm worried it may override any changes I made in pk3ds.
