I think this too since Roost is a great move for Flying types, Specially in Mantine's movesets because it'll take the x4 weakness to electric and just transform it in a x2 weakness.

I don't think that Rangi will make Hidden Power Fairy, because there isn't a Hidden Power Fairy in the normal games.
