I can't get it to patch Pokemon Red (U), the program itself says it's been patched, but when I run the rom itself the game hasn't changed at all.

First time in Sapphire I chose Treecko, First time in Leaf Green I chose Bulbasaur (This was years ago when the games first came out)

I used to always get destroyed by Whitney's Miltank's Rollout. Especially after two or three hits. I've never had a problem with Jasmine, I always used Typhlosion/Feraligatr as my leader.

Golem, Steelix (Evolution of Onix which isn't Rock, but sticks with the theme), Rhydon, Omastar, Kabutops, Aerodactyl would be a good rock team for Brock. Tyranitar isn't found until you get to Silver Cave, so I don't think he should have one on his team.

Personally, Squirtle is a terrible starter (I agree it's good for Brock, but after that it's pretty useless until Blaine), plus it has too much defense to be an effective leader, I prefer something that has more attack. I personally like Totodile more, as it can learn Bite and Slash (Also Surf...

The only legit shiny I can remember finding was a Shiny Doduo in Leaf Green. Once I even saw Wally catch a Shiny Ralts on my Ruby, which stunned me when I saw it lol
