His Chimchar is Adamant so it would be better to raise his Attack. Use 10 proteins + 10 carbos and then battle 15 Shinx(while holding Power Bracer) and 15 Starly(while holding Power Anklet). As for the Chimecho, jolly Chimecho sucks, because it lowers Special Attack.
