Just change the index number. Blastoise's is 0x9, I'm pretty sure Charizard's is 0x6. There are lots of places with lists of a Pokemon's index number.

Luigi... Don't use this version of Advance Map. Unless you want to intentionally throw your rom's data in random spots, then you can use it. Advance Map 1.92 is the safer version. I'm pretty sure gogojjtech has a link to it somewhere. Search for it.
