    Yes I do meet those requirements. It seems they put a level cap on capturing pokemon. You cant catch anything higher than the level of your strongest mon

    I am revisiting the wild area. I have the first three gym badges. My pokemon are all level 30-35. I cant catch any of the larger pokemon in the wild area. I have great balls and I get them down very low. Bewear for example has the move where he braces himself. Leaving him with 1HP. Does anyone...
