It's just human nature, really. You get toxic people in every community - a lot of people would even label me as such a person, as I rarely have anything positive to say - it's just that some are more vocal than others. I think game developers would have a hard time policing the internet and/or online communication in their games for abuse.

Dark Souls is pretty much the hub of the "git gud" mentality - it didn't originate from there, but they've picked it up and it's thrown in your face any time you ask for help. As it has limited PvP it can get very nasty.

I don't play FPS, so I can't vouch for those.

A few times. The Souls community is disgustingly toxic pretty much anywhere you look, and I've had a few sour experiences with Monster Hunter too. FFXIV is often very hard on Healers too, and a little less so on Tanks depending on the situation.

SNES MK. Played it sparingly at a friend's house.

Only played the first one. Was never into MK frankly.

Don't have STEAM and don't intend to install it to play Doom 3. I've never been a fan of FPS games and prefer turn based games, Flight Sims, RTS or RPG's.

I played Doom 1 and 2 because my father and older brother also played it. I've never played Doom 3 because my mother ultimately put her foot down on games such as that.

I don't play games very much. Usually I do not have time to play. When I do I enjoy Legend of Zelda and RPGs like Neverwinter Nights.

Fair enough. I do not dislike any particular generation.
I have never played gen 4 but I have heard that they were good as well.

Again when it comes to Avatars of any kind(Forum, Profile, etc.) and Forum Signatures, I can be extremely lazy. Sometimes I don't even bother to do them at all since I just don't feel the need to.

Yeah, it's kinda good to have birthday on Christmas.

Eh yeah Code Lyoko is one of my favorite series, but not my outright favorite. I think if I really had to pick a favorite series, it'd be the Avatar Franchise(Airbender and its sequel Korra with Star Wars(Clone Wars & Rebels) not far behind. Code Lyoko is probably in my top 5 when I really think about it).

Yes, dealing with SJWs is the worst thing that can happen to you online.

I've dealt with far too many just this year alone... psst, quite a lot of them being members here too. They're the ones who cause the most animosity with me and I wish I could ignore them all, to be honest. Sadly though, many are actually admins or mods, which makes it impossible. That royally sucks.

They make this place a lot less enjoyable to me, to be honest. Caused some of the worst animosity too.
