I'm wondering if Blue shows up at Cinnabar Island after a certain point in the game or is he there regardless of when you reach Cinnabar?

I hadn't even thought of any sort of ethnic reference when reading about Black/White before coming to this topic, and I really don't think any sort of controversy will come out of this. They're two opposing colors. That's how I saw the names: yin and yang... two opposing sides. It's symbolic.

Hm, if this is used to team up in the Battle Frontier, couldn't they still keep all the same facilities, move them around a bit, change up the layout and look, and maybe add two more that wouldn't work with Platinum? That way it wouldn't be so identical.
