I'm with Toshiro. Possibly my favorite legendaries in any Pkmn game. I have a soft spot for Groudon since Ruby version was my gen III game of choice back in the day, but they are all awesome.
Are secrets kept within the government and the military? Certainly. Are these secrets large, conspiracy-theory-level cover-ups? Most probably not.
Are secrets kept within NASA? We've no reason to believe that they are. NASA is a distinctly public-facing organization. It was mandated in their...
The Regis are some of my favorite legendaries, and definitely my favorite non-story-central legendaries. I love their art design and I love the way they're found within the Hoenn region. I think they are best caught as a set of three (four if you count Regigigas which is awesome but I don't...
Just in-game at the moment. I know it's a bit of a non-issue designing competitive sets if I'm not battling a human, but I have fun with it. I was leaning towards Phantom Force originally as well since it would give me another free turn, but I like the idea of a super-powerful Hex as well...

Drifblim @Leftovers
Phantom Force
Fly
Protect
Toxic or Will-o-Wisp
The idea is to use Toxic or WoW, then...
I don't think I'll ever tire of replaying Gen III. For me it was Ruby that I played back in the day, but I just bought Emerald to revisit it and I loved every minute of it.
