Hello everyone, recently I got the idea to make a 4th gen rom hack but i can find almost no tools for it. Is it really difficult and or does no one care for 4th gen roms?

Hi guys I have a simple question, what's the best pokemon rom to hack? tool wise.

I tried this with my friends the hacks we tried either didn't have a trade center or didnt work the main games like fire red and ruby worked but they were slow af i tried this about 4 months ago(not sure if it matters)

Would you please make me a clay pot pokemon :D with two yellow eyes and stuby arms and legs, also make it look kind of angry with fire coming from the top and some steem like that with a shadow head coming out from the pot and ending at the start of the lid. this is probably very vague e_e...
