It would have to be Homura's battle against Walpurgisnacht at the end of Puella Magi Madoka Magica. That battle was amazing! Nothing like it.

Yes, I have cried because of anime. The ones that caused it were Puella Magi Madoka Magica (multiple times, in fact) and Kyoukai no Kanata.

At the moment, I'm watching Acchi Kocchi. It's pretty good, and I'd recommend it to anyone who enjoys the Slice of Life genre.
