not all of the starters are BL. Infernape, Torterra and (to a lesser extent) Blaziken are perfectly usable. As for the most over rated pokemon, I'd have to say Blissey, Wobbufet and Dragonite's regional clones. EVERYBODY uses either Garchomp, Salamence, Tyranitar and Metagross on their teams. I...
