    3rd Gen Mist underwater/caves

    dude , i used to have this problem you,re probably using an old VBA emulator to delete this CHECK DISPLAY SFX in the Video list from Options menu i completed Pokemon Sapphire without knowing that and it took me too long to find out where team aqua is hiding GOOD LUCK :)
