whats the best level to evolve eve into a jolteon?

just find a scyther/pincer and kepe throwing balls at it until u catch it, DONT DMG IT. and ull get first place points are based off HP remaining

k so i have lugia at like 0 hp basically, cant even see lugias health, shes asleep, and accuracy is lowered to the max and no pokeball im tryin catches her. already wasted 40 ultras, 5 greats, and like 10 pokeballs any other tricks?

I just had lugia so low u couldnt see the HP on her bar. her accuracy was as low as it went, her attack was as low as it went, her defense was lowered, AND she was asleep........ and i went thru 40 ultras, 2 fast, 2 luxury, a couple pokeballs, and i couldnt catch her ive given up. ill try...

ya so apparently 40 ultra balls, 5 pokeballs, 2 fastballs, 2 luxury balls, having HP so low u couldnt see the bar, and being asleep wasnt enuf to catch lugia seriously? this is lame

how many tries does it take to capture lugia...? her health is so low you cant even see the bar lol, and she's sleep... and she just pops out of the ball everytime. this is getitng lame =/ lol

its quite boring, and the pokemon you get from it are even more boring. very unimpressing. there's nothing "rare" in there, and everything is easy to catch kinda disappointing

just caught red gyardos wow...a given shiny... lol

so apparently there some areas I can't access. is there a reason for this? (it just opened) i see no one to talk to about blocks or what not
