Would be nice to get "HM without learning" modification as separate patch. Would it then work with fire red?

I cannot use fly even if I have a badge unless he actually knows it, other hm-s work fine. There is simply no option to pick fly.

Does not work with existing emerald saves, there is no character, no pokemons and no pokedex. When starting the new game it works fine. Really cool hack, finaly I can have team of 6 and 2 tm slaves. Will trading between this romhack and fire red work? Or this romhack and standard emerald? Also...
