Thanks for your response. Yes, I tried the ips patch but it didn't change anything. For the record, the ups patch gave a checksum error and wouldn't patch, probably because it was built for beta 13 and I was trying to patch 14.

Is beta 14 playable if the clock is stuck at 12? Want to play on the delta phone emulator but it doesn't like there's a way to fix the time bug.
