As I always started the game with squirtle, Brock was the easiest. Seems like I'm not alone in this. :D

I always got just one eeveelution. To me as a kid, I didn't even think I could get more than one (This is what I get for not understanding english as a young kid) Now, it just feels cheating if I got more than one eeveelution. It's a choice to me, just like with starters :)

I personally can't choose. I prefer Silver as a rival 'cause he's just plain mean and makes me want to win him. Meanwhile, Blue is a little nicer rival and he's a friend at the same time. It makes me smile.

My first level 100 was a Slowpoke in Gold. It was a solo-run in which I wanted to show my friend Slowpoke can be amazing. Beat Red with my little Slowpoke.

It's Sabrina to me, and it seems I'm not alone in this one. I never had any defences against her, and her Pokemon were so fast... I always saved her to be my last gym leader.

I honestly don't even know how long it took the first time I played it, since I was so young and didn't know any english. I remember beating Blue though. If I had to guess, I'd say it took about 50-60 hours of my life.
