I wouldn't, really. It's my second language and although I still have problems knowing words and getting grammar right at times, it's such a nice flowing language with lots of variety and expressions. I often find myself thinking in English. Maybe if some ugly dialects went away... ;p there are...

Could be Heatbutt. When a pokémon learns headbutt, I always get a little jolt of happiness. Flinching, yay! Body slam is almost as fun.

Although Swellow was more useful on a team I had, I think Pidgey's line is the best. Pidgeotto still has the best looks out of all the early birds and it's balanced and neat.

I would think common trainers earn their money from winning battles. And the gym leaders and professors get their money from sponsors and/or the Pokémon Association.
