Is the region a backwards version of Sinnoh? If not, then you shouldn't use that as a name. If it is... you're going to have a lot of explaning to do about how that got into existence. If you ever need anything, you can ask me. Granted I may need instructions for everything but mapping, but...

No, not really... just place the .ips file in the same folder as a clean ruby rom. As for emulators, I use the VBA, though.

I can use Advancemap fairly decently, but that's about the extent of my abilities. However, I'm good at following insctructions, so if you tell me what to do on any other program I have, I can do it.
