    I think that if Pachirisu and Luvdisc had usable Special Attacks that even Illumise and Entei (don't start with me, 90 base is only bad compared to his Attack) have, then they would be exempt from the unofficial "Extreme NU" level they live in right now.

    Best place to hatch eggs

    In DPPt, there's one extremely long strip of path going through Solaceon and into the neighboring routes - very useful. A similar clear path is in Goldenrod for HGSS. Those are the most convenient ones.
