im asking about the ROM thats required to play the games people make. its the first thing you should get i read, but they dont say where! :o

hey im new and i had a question thaqt i was wondering if anyone could answer?? oh and my name is marcus :) i see that the members here make their own pokemon games and that is awesome! i was wondering if their was any links to download some of the demos or the games? i couldnt find anything...
