When using it, you would be suprised at the ammount of people who don't figure it out, but yeah after I get fire attacked, if they switch I usually go to Zapdos to take the EQ. If you SUPER outpredict it works, but I find that both do have benefits. Levitate is definitely superior in non-lead...
You're saying its weak to ALL of these leads, none of which carry fire moves, and could not possibly discover that it has Heatproof unless they actually used Earthquake, which would be rare. You're saying its inferior, because they have to figure out which ability you have, which for one...
Im assuming you didn't read my damage calcs, as they prove that he beats Azelf, do to the fact that he 5HKOs him, and Gyro Ball does 75%. So honestly, how do you get off saying that Azelf wins, when really, one on one, he his only chance is if I use Stealth Rock, and Flamethrower critical hits...
This has been a confirmed fakemon for a LONG time, Skitty's name was released before the image was, a member on Smogon created it and said it was real, it is definitely a fakemon, not a Meowth evolution. And Meowth I believe already has a Base Stat Total too low to be allowed as a candidate for...
You say that he loses to both, where's your proof? Looking at the damage calculations, you;d be suprised to see how well he can fair against Heatran, Infernape, and Azelf. Also the most common other leads are Metagross, who would assume you have Levitate and wouldn't Earthquake, Swampert, who...
Not always, for leads, what idiot is going to Earthquake it anyways? No one. Heatproof just gives you the upper hand with suprise, and with Iron Ball trick I use Heatproof, even if I get hit by ground moves, they blame it on the Iron Ball, so Im even more protected.
Levitate is the more commonly used one, but actually depending on the team, Heatproof can be invaluable. Say your team has a Bronzong, Rotom-c, and Scizor. Bronzong will be able to take fire for Scizor, and Rotom-c takes ground. But for most teams Levitate is superior.
