Well, after deciding that I'll hack mainly two ROMs, FireRed and Diamond (eventually), I became curious about what the ups and downs of the different Pokémon ROMs are, and which you would prefer to hack now, and when another ROM is possible to hack. The "up" side to FireRed in my opinion is...

I've never really touch the Pokémon sprites, or any sprites for that matter. But I normally use the 25 empty spaces for a couple of D/P/P Pokémon, and in some cases, brand-new Pokémon sprites (hardly). This is an interesting discussion.

Wow, this is an interesting tutorial. This should be helpful for giving hacks a pretty good amount of originality. Thanks for writing this, I'll certainly be reading this and memorizing it for my hack.
