I started to watch Cartoon Network about '94 (it started '93 btw, not '95), when it was still owned by Hanna-Barbera Cartoons Inc. I really loved it. SWAT Kats, Space Ghost, Wacky Races (my fav characters were Dick Dasterdly and Muttley), Dink the Dinosaur, Dexters Lab, Cow and Chicken...
