Yes they are all shiny and I think all of their natures are Hardy, mewtwo is lvl 100, Articuno 76 and Zapdos 80 but if you want them all at level 100 I think I have a shiny Zapdos and Articuno on Emerald that are lvl 100.

I have all the first, second and third legendaries (shiny) up for trade and they are all between level 70-80 however. Take a pick from any of them and I'll be happy to trade them. But I gotta go to bed for now, I'll be back on tomorrow.

I have managed to obtain all the 1st, 2nd and 3rd gen shiny legendaries (with some help and no hacks) and because I can clone them I can trade you any of them so take your pick.
