    Emerald hack: Pokémon Inclement Emerald: A Decomp Difficulty Hack [Version 1.13]

    Just gonna ask. Im new to shiny hunting and stuff. Iis the shiny rng in this hack the same as the rng on the emerald version? Do i need to start a new game or soft resetting will do ?
