i had a shiny cheat on earlier, but i had it turned off for a while. i was grinding in route 117, wanted to catch a mime jr, and then when i switched out to a weaker pokemon (a bidoof), mime jr used copycat and my game froze. the music still plays but i can't do anything. is there any way to...

i spent about 3 hours getting rare pokemon (up to new mauvile) and when mime jr used copycat, my game looks permanently frozen. i'm an idiot and forgot to use save states, am i screwed?
