    I've been messing around with it and it's a really cool base. I was just wondering if you were going to add any other abilities to the 1020 base? I know Protean is in the 1420, but I don't think it made the transition to the 1020 version.

    When I try to open the patched ROM with the packaged Gen III Suite I keep getting an error message. Something about ROM offset 0xfffffe with an unknown ROM ID. I' have the PokeRoms ini that came with it in the same folder as G3S, so I'm not sure what exactly I'm doing wrong.

    I tried that and Gen III Suite opened fine, but Protean is not in the abilities drop down menu.

    I'm trying to add Protean to my ROM, and I can't seem to get it right. I complied it and inserted it into the ROM (00954460, if that matters). Then I added the 00 49 08 47 60 44 95 08 at 1D7D8. When I used "Paste Insert" to add it Gen III suite freaked out and took my to the .ini restore...

    This might be silly question, but I'm totally new to hex editing. For the Daycare fix do I insert the bytes or overwrite the bytes at 25F7F2 with the new code?
