    I do have a porygon in my team, a level 40 to be percise. It does not work, however.

    I have a question. Where can I get an upgrade. Priliminarily because when I try going to the lab in the place where you first fight team raptor, I can never actully obtain the upgrade, and it just gives the message. Can anyone give me a pointer or two?
