    Smeargle hands down. It can baton pass Belly Drum, Mean Look, Ingrain, anything. It's in almost any Baton Pass chain, plus... it learns SPORE.

    Pretty good team, but you really need to work on EVs and give them items.

    I like Sceptile as an annoyer... well, not sure if it is called an annoyer (Everyone has Substitute now so why use an annoyer?) Sceptile @ Leftovers Trait: Overgrow EVs: 252 Spd at least, try getting HP and defenses and maybe some SpA. Nature: I'd say Timid but Modest works too I guess. - Leech...

    I like Swords Dance over Bulk Up. Flamethrower isn't exactly needed, except for Skarmory which could be killed by Rock Slide anyway (and I don't see it alot in the uber metagame), so take Rock Slide over Flamethrower. Solarbeam is nice, but he really should use his massive Attack to the max, so...
