Another year, another instance of Adventure Red getting robbed.

There isn't much of a competition, even though 1158 (that is what he's called right) could be considered up there with destinedjagold, metapod23, and Wesley as some of the biggest contributors in history. Adventure Red wins by a mile, should have won years ago and is it's likely at least 50...

I think that Rescue Rangers is actually brilliant, especially if you see how well it aged.

Because Rescue Rangers was a very good game, if not one of the best ROM hacks of all time.

That means the project is too ambitious?

That is not concrete enough. If you are at badge 1 after over 2 years of developing then something could be wrong.

What happened with Apollo? That game was great! ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Is this another hack that will never get completed? It reminds me of Galaxy Elements.

It was more a practical joke than a serious hate towards it... I don't like it a lot, but it's one of the hacks that started the new wave. (Eclipse, Gaia, Mega Power, Cyan...) And no, Spherical Ice didn't force me to say this.

Gaia is indeed consistent, it failled me all the times.

Why? Gaia is a very mediocre hack to be honest. I can name over 20 that surpass it in terms of quality, gameplay and content. Even Cyan does.

What's not wrong with Blue Rescue Team?

Make a Mystery Dungeon game. And make a good one, don't make it look like Blue Rescue Team.

Ruby Destiny - Rescue Rangers, Ash Gray and Liquid Crystal easily outperform all the others.

Hello everybody, Some ROM hacks that were released back in the day were far ahead of their perspective time. (Ruby Destiny Rescue Rangers as an example), do you know any others that were released back in the day with limited ROM hacking knowledge and tools, but still outshine the current ones?
